I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Autodesk in Jul 2022
Interview
After screening with the recruiter, I spoke to the hiring manager, a company vice president. The next step was interviewing with a panel of four people, each individually. Finally, I spoke again to the recruiter to find out I was not selected. Overall, everyone I spoke to was genuine, honest, and asked challenging but reasonable questions. They knew what they were listening for, they had prepared very well, and they knew how to conduct interviews effectively. Time was tight every time, as it often is, and there were exceptions made where there wasn't enough time for me to ask my own questions, which I appreciated.
