Interview
I had 5 interviews, one with HR, a short one with the hiring manager, 2 technical interviews, and one final interview related to soft skills. The first technical interview was based on scripting skills, where I had to solve a pretty easy problem in a scripting language, I chose python. I had to do something like: get a file from somewhere, read it, find some words, and output them in another file. And the second technical interview was a bit more interesting, there were 2 guys and they walked me through a situation, and in the meantime, they would ask me what would I do if that happened, and then moved on with another situation. The soft skills interview was pretty intense, they wanted to know many details about my past jobs and provide them lots of examples where I had to make decisions and stuff like that.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2022
Interview
Online Technical Interview Asked about clean architecture, asked about compilers and how data is stored in C, and asked about the memory management system in C. Asked about multithreading as well.
