I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (Denver, CO) in Mar 2019
Interview
Had a total of 4 interviews.
The first was a call with a recruiter who asked me basic questions and talked to me about the role. She also brought up salary and asked what I was making currently.
Second interview was just a couple days later with the hiring manager over the phone. He asked me more in depth questions about what I currently do, explained the role in depth, and asked some questions about process flow diagrams and the software development lifecycle.
Third interview was onsite with 3 project managers as well as the hiring manager. This was a nice interview, as they asked me questions but also they seemed like a great team to work with.
Fourth interview was a video conference with 3 of the consulting directors. Video conferences in general are not something I'm used to, and it seems like they were trying to gauge my interest in the role.
Since the last interview it has been over a week and it has been radio silence from their end, which is why I have the review as neutral. I feel like they should follow up with candidates who have been to 4 interviews. It's a lot of time to invest in a position to not hear anything afterwards.
