Initial Ai screening to answer questions and then interview with 3 members of the company. Only heard the outcome of the interview after 3 months. Very long process and 3 stage interview
It began with an online application, followed by a phone screening and two video interviews. The questions focused on marketing strategy, teamwork, and communication. The interviewers were friendly and made the discussion comfortable. The whole process took about two weeks.
