Ashoka interview questions

A very lengthy process - from an initial call with the line manager, to a presentation, to meeting other team members - 4 stages in total but nice to meet all the different team members to ensure the right fit. Got to the final stages but wasn’t offered the role.

The two people who interviewed me led me through thoughtful, relevant exercises to gauge my fit for the role. They conducted several rounds of interviews that I at first thought perhaps unnecessarily rigorous for an internship, but it quickly became apparent that that rigor was part of the nature and approach of the organization.
