Ashoka interview questions

A entrevista teve duração de cerca de 40 minutos. Os entrevistadores foram extremamente cordiais e simpáticos. Fizeram perguntas sobre minhas motivações e sobre minhas experiências prévias. Fizeram também algumas perguntas mais técnicas tentando me deixar um pouco sem resposta, porém mantive a calma e consegui responder tudo com sinceridade e confiança.

I submitted an application and was invited for an interview. The interview process itself was not very demanding, but the interviewer asked some thoughtful questions. We spoke about my past experience and about what led me to apply to Ashoka. They also told me more about the organisation.
