I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ashoka (Bengaluru) in Nov 2013
Interview
It's a long and lengthy interview process where they ask you a lot of questions about your personal life, learnings etc. It can be reflective but it can also lead to a lot of unnecessary judgement based on what you did in the past. For instance, if you haven't done anything 'good' or 'purposeful' then it makes candidates tend to make a big deal about the smallest things.
