I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension (Austin, TX)
Interview
I applied and was given an initial phone interview within about 2 weeks. That went well and was followed up with a one-on-one interview which also went great and was told their would be a third round with a group of doctors. Within about another week that interview was set up and again went great. Each time nobody offered or gave business cards so I was at the mercy of the admin who attempted (poorly at that) to help. No communication from anyone after that third interview. Here I am have wasted a crap load of hours for their THREE interviews and they don't even have the courtesy to call or at least email me to say thanks but no thanks. Seriously unprofessional residency program.

Question 1
No difficulty questions. They were all pretty typical.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension (Everett, WA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Application was online. Interview was arranged by a recruiter and conducted by two managers. Interview was less than 30 minutes. Hiring process has been delayed, perhaps due to holiday. Two of the four positions have been filled, the rest of us are still waiting to hear. If this is your first interview since graduation, and you really want a position here, I suggest getting some interviews for some jobs that you don't want as much so that you can get some practice in before the real deal.

Question 1
Most difficult question: Tell me about a conflict with a colleague, how you handled it, and what was the outcome.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension in May 2012
Interview
fairly easy, you will get a phone call, asked to come in for a 1:1 interview and then a peer interview. Once they have selected you for the position you will get a phone call and accept the job offer verbally and online. The training process/ orientation is roughly 3 weeks.

Question 1
Do not be thrown off by questions such as "you are at the window and a patient comes up the phone is ringing and a doctor needs assistance", you should answer the doctor first because their time is precious, most patients will understand, place the caller on hold checking in every 5 min, second attend to the patients needs.
