I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics in Mar 2012
Interview
Interview process started out with an HR generalist who screened me on the phone, then had an in person interview with two separate individuals. The interviewees were not prepared and it felt awkward most of the time. They had printed interview questions from HR and kept looking down and flipping through their sheets of paper to determine what to ask me yet. Overall, the office had a stale feel and even if I am offered a position I would not accept it.

Interview
They had a telephonic screening. Then they called for a on-site interview. They were not very managed in setting up the interview. There was some confusion who will the interviewer be. They kept me waiting for long toime. some of the interviewers came as if they were forced to come. I myself had to start the conversation to get interview going.

Thank you for taking the time to interview with Arrow! We're sorry to hear that your interview experience wasn't a pleasant one, and it seemed as if the process was not managed very well. Seeing as though the review was written over three years ago, we hope that things have changed since then.
We'd welcome you to apply again for any role that you feel is a good match for your skills and qualifications.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Englewood, CO) in Dec 2011
Interview
Was interviewed by 5 different people all at different times. The interview started with the Director of the position I applied for and worked down to lower level employees. The Director interview was very difficult because he was asking specific accounting questions and wanting specific answers and I was apparently answering them in a way that did not suffice. After that, all the other interviewers asked very basic style questions and they all gave job specific information. Interview took about 2 hours and after the interview with the Director I had already assumed that I would not receive an offer.
Thank you for taking the time to share about your interview experience with Arrow. Even though it sounds like this role wasn't a tight fit, we'd certainly encourage you to apply again for any role that you believe is a good match for your skills and qualifications.
