The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Englewood, CO) in May 2012
Interview
I received an email from the recruiter within days of submitting my resume. I interviewed with a supervisor the next week. Got a call back the next day for a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was with the same supervisor and his manager. The manager came in late and proceeded to tell me how awful the position was. He wouldn't answer direct questions and spent a considerable time just staring at my resume. I was told I would hear something within a week. 4 weeks later I got the generic rejection email. Beginning with the 2nd interview, the feeling was very unprofessional. The office environment was a maze of cubicles and very drab though the lady at the front desk made you feel welcome.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics in Apr 2010
Interview
Interviewed with three people: Direct manager, his manager, and a technical interview. All were over the phone.
Both manager interviews were more procedural than an actual interview.
The technical was not very intense but covered many Netapp basics that someone somewhat familiar with the product should know but not in-depth.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Describe the process of setting up a cascading snapmirror between 4 filers.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics in Sep 2008
Interview
Recruiter approached me first. Then recruiter set up the face to face appointment with hiring manager at the office. Interview was very simple. Hiring manager with not much experience in the field took most of the time talking about the company and the account I was going to get assigned.
