Arrow Electronics interview questions

The application process was fast, I was interviewed by one recruiter that was based in Poland. She interviewed me even though she told me that the vacancy was already filled. The interview itself went fine. She was very polite.

Was contacted for an interview, and within two business days was told the position was filled before I had a chance to interview. I can assume they already knew this person would fill the position, I am not sure why they wasted my time in clearing my schedule to interview when they had already made that decision. Interviews typically do not happen in two days, so I am a little frustrated that they think this is appropriate to do. This is why we have a shortage in skilled areas, companies forget that humans exist and have lives, please don't do this to people you're interviewing.
