Phone interview with a manager and then in person a week later. It was not too tough of a process and was relatively quick and painless, decision was made quickly.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Budapest) in Dec 2021
Interview
*EMEA department, Hungarian position*:
The interview was 30 seconds long, 1 question was: Are you available for the call? ( If I am not available I could not have picked up... :D Also the call was pre-arranged.)
Second question was: Could you start instantly?
-Answered yes-
Third question what is your wage requirement? After quoting what is ~1100 EUR net for a full-time, Bsc degree requiring bilingual job with sales/customer service experience required, the recruiter laughed and said that is way above what they can offer and asked me what is my bare minimum I would work for(???) .
That was the shortest, easiest and in the same time most unpleasant interview I had ever experienced. The 3 questions took 45 seconds. The recruiter was kind-ish, but she has to follow HR compensation policies set by her management, who based on their non-disclosed budget are apparently unethical slave-labour seeking people.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Denver, CO) in May 2017
Interview
process was two interviews for an entry level position. they asked a few standard interview questions and we chatted about normal things getting to know eachothers personalities. Interview was with the backup manager and the 2nd interview was with the head manager.
