Arrow Electronics interview questions

I had a screening interview and a interview with the hiring manager. The screening interview was a discussion about my qualifications for the position and my resume. The interview with the manager was a presentation about my work history and goals for the future After the presentation with the manager, I followed up after a week or so, and the recruiter indicated she had sent an email telling me I wasn’t moving on in the hiring process. The recruiter lied, she never sent an email to me; I checked all my spam folders, junk folders, etc for my email addresses. Not only did Arrow miss out on an opportunity to hire a top tier talent, but they proved their organization hires individuals without scruples.

Seems that my CV was not clear for the RH ( Never had this comment before) and I had to explain it the whole interview, and send an email. has the Technical interview 2 weeks after that strange interview. This one went great. The RH contact me 1 week after to inform me that I was not selected, which I appreciated, whatever my impressions on my 1st interview with them was.
