Arrow Electronics interview questions

It was quick, efficient and interviewers were very nice. In a matter of days I had an offer on the table. They were very fast in their responses and more interested in myself and my personal experience and how I fit into the company than my technical skills.

It was an awkward interview process. I was put in touch with a hiring manager. He met me at their corporate office, walked me around and asked me what I thought of the building. He did not say anything else and let me into a dark meeting room. He then left for roughly an hour until coming back and asking if I was interested.
