Interview
I applied online and the company responded back within a couple of days. This was remarkable as most companies take awhile to respond, especially from applications sent to them without any internal recommendations.

Question 1
I was not selected for an interview for the role, and I appreciate the fact that ARM HR communicated their decision very promptly.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Arm (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Initial communication was quick, with some online app to check your profile/style, followed by an email from HR scheduling an interview with the hiring manager.
This was rescheduled a couple of times due to his unavailability.
Finally got to the interview, by phone, and it was a nice talk about management style, preferences, attitude and conflict resolution.
He promised to give feedback in a week.
Never heard back.
I've tried to contact the recruiter a couple of times, also no answer.
The specifically asked another HR person who was in copy in all emails from the beginning, and who said would try to get some feedback from hiring manager.
Again, never heard back.
What a waste of time and disrespect with candidates.

Question 1
Why would you use Agile or more traditional project management methodologies?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Austin, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
Great experience interviewing with the team. Kyle (talent acquisition) was very helpful through the process with clear communication and updates. I proved to not be the best fit for the position I was pursuing, but I would still highly recommend this organization.
