The company claims is so proud for their culture and people, I got rejected from email on the initial process and the person contacted me encourage me to continue doing applications and stay connected with, when I challenged back why I got rejected since I believed that skills and experience close to the position No one came back to me!
I do understand that feedback on such an early stage shouldn't be claimed but ignoring also potentially employees it seems so contrary to the culture the company is so proud of.
I applied online. I interviewed at Arm (Austin, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
First I was contacted to do a virtual interview, then called to come in for an on site interview where I talked to 4 different people for an hour each. I immediately felt very uncomfortable as the first interviewer began to ask very difficult and in depth quality engineering questions, questions that were uncharacteristic for an entry level position. I was constantly drilled with questions over the next 3 hours ranging from riddles to specific situations about their business platform (which is very uncommon) with little opportunity to share my own experiences and interests. was told I would hear back from them within a week, but it took a month to get a rejection.
