Interviewed by two team members using a word document by scrolling through to each question. Only did one round for the process for an hour total. Got a call a few days later telling me I got the offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about my research. Questions on the topic within my field of research. Many programming questions involving the C-language.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
I travelled from London to Cambridge and unfortunately, they did not even bother to notify the reception to let me into the building. Lucky enough I dug into LinkedIn profile of one of the interviewers and found his details. Treated as an intruder until to find one of the guys and after this lack of respect, you can imagine I had no mood for any interview or getting hired by the company. For me, it was just time wasters.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain what is happening behind the scene when a user does a request from his web browser to a web service. (requests/replies etc.)
We went through my resume first. Then, move on to digital electronics questions. Finally, talk about some questions about the company. The interviewer was very nice and supportive. The whole process was comfortable.
