Argos interview questions

Firstly I applied through the sainsburys website and got invited to an interview after 2 days. This was my first ever interview and I’m truly disappointed. The interview was going so well and then at the end I ask “is there anything else you’d like to ask me to help you with the selection process?”. The interviewer goes “I know everything I need to no and I feel as though you have no personality”. Like what?? So unprofessional. And. Throughout the whole process he was stressing how the customer is never right etc Funny enough I read the reviews for this particular store location and the customers were right. The manager is so unprofessional and truly shouldn’t work in customer service with that behaviour.

It was not bad but the interview process was long winded and there was a lot of miscommunication between the employee and employer especially on the admin side of things.
