I had an in-person competency based interview with the Argos store manager. It lasted around half an hour to 45 minutes. It was pretty straight forward with no surprise questions and the main focus was around customer service.

Question 1
An example of a time you dealt with a difficult customer, an example of a time you worked in a team.
Very military and slightly awkward. I got the impression that the person doing the interview had limited interviewing experience. I was told the position was very much a "creative/conceptual" role but when being interviewed it was very clear the position was for a UX/Developer role.

Question 1
I was given a visual and asked how I would change it. I felt like I was in a school exam rather than a Stage 1 interview. No interest in me as a person.
Basic interview questions: tell us about yourself, previous experience helping customers and a practical scenario of how you would help customer select an order online. however no feedback until several weeks after.
