Argos Customer Service Advisor interview questions

Applied a month before they called me and asked the generic question why u want to work here etc and then invited me for onsite interview the next usually lasts an hour but due to COVID I was there for 15mins and the interview was the best one I ever did . I received a warm welcome from the operations manager and it was one of the first times a colleague was interviewing so she was nervous also as was I . She asked the usual questions . I answer everything perfectly and I was so comfortable there there relaxed energy really made me less nervous about the interview . I got a call back 4 days later saying I got the job and I was the best interviews they ever had which was a huge compliment !!

Applied online at like 2am on a Wednesday and got a call back at 4pm the same day. Got invited to an interview the next day and got offered the job on that Friday. Interview was about 8 minutes long, only got asked 4 questions and 3 of those 4 questions were scenario based. Very easy and laidback interview.
