A lot of position already has a good candidate... In general, people will not ask tough questions and the interview went on pretty good. on the other hand, in some cases, the interview performance could be important too, although not as significant as a faculty interview. The interview normally lasts for a whole day, including meetings with group members

I was luck. One of the adjunct professors at my school is a team lead and had some extra work when I inquired about an internship. All it took was a 10 minute phone conversation for him to explain what I would be doing and then I received the paperwork the next week.

Interview
It was just an informal conversation with my would-be supervisor. Getting this job is incredibly easy, because the proposition is that you will be paid 25-50% of what your work is worth. Anyone with funding and work to do will hire you just for showing up.
