Arcadis interview questions

I was met my two partners who interviewed me. They were bright and positive despite it being the end of the day. It was fairly short and they wanted to know what I had been doing at my previous company.

The day began with group assessments, one of which involved building a house out of Lego, the house had specification to which is must be build, i.e walls of only blue and green bricks at least 4 blocks high. The second assessment was a written assessment, involving writing a desk study for an example site that we were presented with. Following this was individual interviews, this seemed relatively relaxed, the questions were generally quite open and not very technical.
