I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arcadis (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2019
Interview
Telephone interview with recruiter, followed by telephone interview with senior consultant, followed by face-to-face presentation and interview with director and head of specialism.
Initial telephone interview expanded on CV, no special preparation required.
Second telephone interview focused on fit - what have you done like this, how did your team work together etc.
Face-to-face interview for one hour at Arcadis office. 15 mins preparing a presentation on how you would put together a bid for a piece of work (based on a real life brief). and being quizzed on it.
Recruiter contact very good; logistics around interview disappointing - in particular, a continuing assumption that interviews could be arranged at very short notice based on interviewer / panel diaries.
