I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AppsFlyer (Haifa) in Apr 2017
Interview
The process took about a month. I went through 3 professional interviews where SQL and programming questions were asked. The interviewers were very nice and the process felt comfortable and pleasant
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AppsFlyer (Tel Aviv) in Dec 2019
Interview
Had a call with a hiring manager for 30 min that asked pretty basic questions about my experience. Had a short interview at their office, I had a feeling that he was not very impressed and was pretty indifferent to my answers. All the questions were about my past experience. However, in the end of the interview, I was surprised since he told me that we will proceed with the next step assignment. After spending a weekend just making their assignment ( they expect you to know in depth their tech aspects) and also make few case studies, I submitted my work right on time before the deadline. Weeks after few follow up emails sent by me to the hiring manager and the HR, I got an email that they decided to proceed with another candidate. It's a pity that the company doesn't give actual feedback that could help the candidate in the future. Moreover, expecting you to be an expert in their product giving you very detailed assignments and short deadlines.
