It was easy to set up an interview. The assignment was pretty fun but the manager nitpicked my answers as if I suppose to know exactly how the data they work with is structured.
The support engineer I interviewed with didn't seem like he wanted to be there and one of the interviewers was unavailable even though they were scheduled to be there.
They've had their Support Engineer Lead role and Support Engineer role open for months and I'm not surprised. Why are you guys even wasting people's time!?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at AppsFlyer (Tel Aviv) in Dec 2019
Interview
The process started with an assignment by email in order to identify if I had the basic required skills and experience. Then I was invited to a face to face interview. The focus was essentially on about past achievements. Then we moved to more behavioural questions. The interviewer was the manager of the department.
