Applied Materials interview questions

Got word of the Process Engineering job from the campus placement office. The interview process touched on the fundamentals of semiconductors like transistor operation and the role of high K dielectrics. Another section consisted of IQ questions, none of them too hard but most were trick questions so just be calm.
