Apple At-Home Advisor interview questions

Started with a brief phone call that just asked some very general questions and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. I was asked some very general technical troubleshooting questions but they were extremely basic. Also did a quick roleplay of a common call. Second interview was a Skype interview with a team manager. We were both on video and I was asked some more very general technical troubleshooting questions but was mostly to have the manager get an impression of me.

I applied for the position in August 2015. I received a call on Monday September 2015 saying that I will be moving forward with the hiring process. After the telephone interview, I had 2 Skype interviews with an array of questions (technical and customer service). Which was fine. I dealt with friendly and upbeat people who seems to love their jobs throughout my hiring process.
