Anonymous Content Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was quick but I didn't like how these people pursued into hiring me until a few days later, which was on the first day of training, they tell me I wouldn't be able to start on because of my background check. I had mentioned to the interviewers about my situation and they still let me continued the hiring process. I went through the application to make sure I would include my background information on that specific situation so I wouldn't put any unnecessary information. that's unorganized and unprofessional of these people to such a thing.

It was good.. There were 3-4 rounds. Face to face, aptitude, personal interview and hr round. Based on the rounds they clear they were hired. In first round was to introduce yourself and a to talk on a topic for 2mins. Then aptitude then in personal interview it was asked us to frame the meaningfull sentence with two words.
