I applied online and then phone call interview, face to face interview typing test, written, exam job offer final interview with the hiring manager, it was not difficult, it was easy

A friend referred me and submitted my Resume, After a week there about, I got a call from a Recruiter for an interview, a date for the interview was agreed upon by both parties, the interview involved scenario questions and aptitude questions with IQ test. The interview too about an hour. Got a call after some days for background check, that took 3 days after which I got a call that I have been offered the job.
