I applied online. I interviewed at Anonymous Content (Camden, NJ)
Interview
Had a phone interview, was asked about my software and technical skills, what programs I use, etc. Manager explained the position, etc. Was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview, which involved a panelist of four people. Spent half the day at the facility with interviews, loved the team. At the end the recruiter gave me the tour of the employee store and the immediate lobby area. Everyone seemed nice and all went well. The recruiter said she would get back to me either way to let me know about the position. Never heard back from anyone, as though the process went into cyberspace. Very unprofessional of them to leave someone hanging after spending half a day interviewing, enjoyed the company and the team. A simple email or phone call would of suffice.
