Interview
Had a phone interview, was asked about my software and technical skills, what programs I use, etc. Manager explained the position, etc. Was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview, which involved a panelist of four people. Spent half the day at the facility with interviews, loved the team. At the end the recruiter gave me the tour of the employee store and the immediate lobby area. Everyone seemed nice and all went well. The recruiter said she would get back to me either way to let me know about the position. Never heard back from anyone, as though the process went into cyberspace. Very unprofessional of them to leave someone hanging after spending half a day interviewing, enjoyed the company and the team. A simple email or phone call would of suffice.

Interview
Very quick and direct interview with the manager after submitting my resume. I was able to schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager immediately and heard back quickly. Felt like we were moving at the speed of light.
Telephone interview- first interview- final interview with the management - offer letter - offer acceptance - orientation.
Telephone interview was a brief one and the interview with the recruiter was also brief

The interview process was well structured and clear. It included an initial screening conversation, followed by one or more interviews focused on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Throughout the process, communication was transparent and expectations were clearly explained.
