Interview
The interview process was one the best interview process that I have ever experienced. They focus on your managerial and entrepreneurial skills. Mostly they look for specific qualities as per their company culture and cultural fit test is one the key test during the selection. After the online cultural fit and aptitude test, they went for a GD followed by a technical and HR round. The interview panel was very much diverse with people both from technical and management background.

Interview
The interview process took more or less 2 months. I applied online, did some tests and after the video interview I was invited to attend the assessment day. Fun day consisting of 2 business games and 1 personal interview. They are essentially trying to check your soft skills, how you work in a team and how you deal with stress/problems. Be careful with the language requirement

Interview
I submitted my application, I completed three tests and the I was invited to a video interview. The next stage was the assessment centre but I got rejected in the video interview stage.
