I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Oct 2016
Interview
Submitted application online, immediately received an invite to take a behavioral test followed by a logic test. I'm a senior in my undergraduate so naturally I've been applying a lot of places and I found it strange they did this because it seemed a little outdated. A few weeks passed, and then I got an invite to schedule an interview. Interview was through a video hosting site. Two interviewers on two seperate screens made it a little confusing because they were talking over eachother. I had to call in to the video conference seperately, and when I ended the video call they didn't realize I was still on the phone and proceeded to say my score before I could even react. Questions were pretty difficult but mostly behavioral based, a few ones from left field. Very discouraging situation, made me feel bad.
