Interview
Online wervingsprocedure waarbij je een corporate fit test moet maken. Nadien volgt een situational strengths test waarbij ze polsen naar welke aanpak jij verkiest in bepaalde situaties. Vervolgens volgt nog een logical reasoning test alvorens je een telefonische case moet oplossen. Voor de case stelt de recruiter je enkele klassieke sollicitatievragen - zie verder- naar gelang de uitkomst van deze case wordt je uitgenodigd naar het Assesment Center van AB Inbev. Dit is de voorlaatste ronde. Als je hier slaagt maak je een goede kans om te starten als Trainee.

Applied online. CV and cover letter screening. After 2 weeks I was invited to complete 3 online tests: logical reasoning, strengths based and situational judgment. A telephone Interview followed where I had to answer strengths based questions and specific questions about the company and its products. A business case was sent to me during the interview which I had to prepare in 30 minutes and present in 10 minutes.

CV Screening, online tests (math, cultural), phone interview (strenghts+ case study), AC (8 hours of games, business cases, interviews). Sadly I was not chosen, but the company culture is great.
