I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Feb 2017
Interview
The process is relatively long, with up to seven stages. Stages 1 to 4 start with screening and focus on cultural fit and personality, as well as a quant part. Stage 5 is a phone interview + business case. It will take around 1h 30 minutes. First, you will answer questions in a strength interview format. Then, you will be given a case and 30min to prepared. Afterwards, you will have to present your solution via phone. Step 6 is an assessment center in which you will spend many hours doing individual and group activities. My recommendation, be mature, proactive, confident and oriented to the goal of each activity, think fast but be analytical. Finally, there is a panel interview to which I have been invited but not yet participated.

Question 1
What is your favourite brand? What do you expect from this company? Why this program? Are you innovative?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2017
Interview
After sending your CV you get two days to do some personal tests which is a situational test, cultural fit test and logical thinking test. Be aware of these two days deadline because, as you can imagine, they go fast. Then I was invited to an interview of which about 35 minutes questions about me personally and asking for examples describing my answers or statements. Are you creative, are you persistent, why do you fit AB INBEV, how are you different from other candidates. Do you easily spot improvements. How do you cope with challenges. Do you like learning, tell me why. Things like those, be prepared to answer with an example can be from your personal life or job related. Then you get a business case which asks to choose 2/6 seasonal beers and develop a marketing campaign based on that. It is a lot of information but be sure to read it all through before answering the question. The time I thought was limited to actually heavily think it through but ok. All are both doable and the person on the phone was cool.
