I applied for this position after what I can now only assume was a canned email to my LinkedIn from an executive at ABI. I applied and was asked to take two online assessments, one a personality assessment, and the other a cognitive assessment. After completing those assessments, I was asked to complete a pre-recorded video interview where you're asked about 9 questions and give 1-3 minute recorded answer to each. I felt that this was a little impersonal and took far longer than a traditional phone interview.
I was then scheduled for a phone interview and given only one 30 minute window in which to have the interview. I could not make it, and my interview was scheduled for two weeks later. The phone interview was nothing out of the ordinary. I felt that the interview did no go very well, and I was told by the hiring manager that I would have a yes or no answer within days. Fast forward over a month, after receiving several clueless email replies with no information from the recruiter, I finally received the expected automated response that I did not move on in the process.
In my opinion, when someone devotes more than 3 hours of time to your interview process and the best you can give is an automated rejection email that shows up over a month late, that's pretty pathetic.
