Application via recruitment site, Telephonic interview asking about the reason for this internship, and then Skype interview highlighting the benefits in the company with regards to internship, evaluation of strengths and weaknesses and how it coincides with the company policy.

The process involved a screening phone call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and salary negotiation. It was all conducted online. The interview was a typical behavior based interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Newark, NJ) in Nov 2016
Interview
Online application, followed by personality test and competent test (test involving reading graphs and charts, etc.). Next, an online interview with two people (mine were an HR rep and a general manager for one of the branches). Finally, a plant tour and an on-site interview with a panel from senior management.
