Extremely lengthy and time consuming process from start to finish. 1. apply online, initial resume review by HR 2. online skills assessment and situation based multiple choice tests. the first part (math and business based) is timed. the second multiple choice test is about 100 questions and has no time limit. 3. initial on site interview 4. phone based TAP assessment. very unusual, timed. you have 3 hours to go through 3 situations and a third party call center will call you. this role plays you in the fictional role as the shift manager and sees how you react in situations 5. second on site interview with department managers 6. on site half day and final interview. what they don't tell you is that you will go through the half day with three other competing candidates before having lunch and going through your final interview. the half day includes sitting in an operations meeting, touring operations and brewing facilities. final interview is conducted with 4 general managers and an HR representative. Be ready for wait times in between contact and a general lack of communication

Started with online assessment tests, followed by a phone screening and scheduling of a phone interview. Behavioral/situational phone interview, standard questions that asked for STAR responses. They also asked about skills related to excel, powerpoint, and whether or not I had other mechanical skills.
