Interview
Recruiting process lasts forever and takes up lots of effort, so apply only if you are sure you want to work for them. During the interviews on the ABI Day and Final Panel they mostly focused on situational questions, cultural fit, and some industry trends. Overall, the questions aren't hard, but you need to prepare in advance (lots of the questions they asked are on Glassdoor so practice on those!).

Question 1
Final Panel: If you could meet and ask a question to any person in the world who would it be and what would you ask? Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years? Which principle would you get rid of? What are some of the challenges that the industry is facing?
ABI Day: What is your biggest failure? What principles do you resonate with and give examples of how you implement them in your daily life. When was the last time you were stressed and how do you handle stressful situations?
