Culture fit interview is mostly behavioral an competency based:
1) Tell me about a time you used different thinking/approach to solve a problem?
2) Tell me about a time you worked in a group, what were the challenges?
3) Why AB InBev?
4) What skills/talent do you hope to bring to the organisation?
5) What market-segment do you think we need to work on?
Final panel interview had a mixed bag of questions - please have extensive brand knowledge:
1) What brand do you like and why?
2) How can you improve our current marketing strategy?
3) Where do you see the organisation going in the short and long term?
4) Which BU will you feel more comfortable working in (sales/procurement/logistics etc.)?
5) Would you rather work for a company with good results but no social conscience or a company with bad results but with a social conscience?
6) What sets you apart from the other candidates (there will be other candidates in the room)?
7) Which world leader do you aspire to be like and why?
8) Which of the other candidates will you hire and fire and why?

Interview
It was a very long process. First, you have to take several online tests (math, logic, English), skype interview to check your English, small panel at their offices, business case, a big panel with all the managers and then the regional final.

Everything you say can be used against you... basically, you need to justify everything you say because they will ask. During the first panel, the last person that presents itself has to "fire/hire" on the other interviewees.

Online application, psychometric testing, online interview, games day(assessments), interview, offer. Processes took place over a period of 3 months. It was a lengthy online process before being invited to johannesburg for the games day along with many others. Approximately 40 people.

I got to the level of games day and no further. The online interview focused on scenario based questions while the games day was designed as a stress interview. It was a horrible experience with horrible people.
