A) Online apply and first contact

D) Phone interview: Why this programme? How are your english skills? Can we in english talk?
E) Group interview (10 candidates) divided into three:
1. English multiple-choice test (30 min)
2. Personal description by selecting a board game and making analogies with it. Each participant had two timed minutes to do so and after that, there was a ping-pong interrogatory where they asked questions about specific things just said (both positive and negative).
3. A group game where everybody should coordinate to pick up elements from the ground. They constantly asked about objectives withing the game, how to work, why the fail, etc.

I did not finish the process yet, it is very long. I sent my application in January 2015 and I got a case-study interview only in April 2015. Process is long and no information are given to the candidate about whether or not he is still in the process.
