I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2017
Interview
Read a case for thirty minutes that presented 7 potential beers. We had to read it, take notes, and present to two interviewers about which beers we reccomend. They asked us questions about our plan and then there was a behavioral component.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work at AB? Why you over other applicants?
I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
There are multiple interview steps. First is an online app, then a personality/behavioral question survey, then a logic test. Then, if you pass that, you get invited to do a business case on campus somewhere. It's fairly difficult and there isn't really a correct answer but as long as you can explain your thinking and present your ideas, you should do fine. Next, if you pass that, you get a two on one behavioral interview. They ask about past challenges and also some "what would you do in this business scenario" questions.
If you pass all of the above, you get invited to the final panel interview in New York. You interview with 5 other people and most of the questions are already listed here on Glassdoor, but there's not much that can be done to prepare besides being up to date on the beer industry (as well as just topical world info) and having opinions about it.
