I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2020
Interview
Process went smoothly, but was long. First round took about 2 weeks, where I had to take an online trait quiz, I then moved onto a video interview where I had to record myself answering 2 short questions. Then moved onto virtual interviews with 2 staff members, this round was very interested because they knew nothing about me except for my first name, so I had to explain my major and work experience without them having my resume previously. Final round was interviewing with the HR staff and one of the managers that I would be working with. Entire process took about 2 months.

Question 1
What is an example of a time where you went above and beyond when you did not need to do so?
I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev
Interview
Submitted resume online, and then there were many more steps to fill out online for intelligence, reason for wanting to work there, and interview-type questions. Then, there was no word for multiple months before an interview was suddenly scheduled.

Question 1
What is the most innovative thing that you have ever done?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process took a few months, starting with a logic/reasoning test and personality test. After passing the tests, I did a HireVue recorded interview, which was about 5-7 questions and took 30 or so minutes (basic behavioral based stuff). I heard back a few weeks later that I would proceed to a skype interview, which I did with some of the employees in one of their breweries (taking place about 4 weeks after the HireVue interview). Once again, this interview was entirely behavioral based. I didn't hear back for over 4 weeks, but then got invited to interview on site in Saint Louis. The final interview was a panel style interview, with all the candidates split into groups of 3 spread between 3 separate interview tables. After interviewing at a table for around 15 minutes, each groups would rotate to the next table and so on for a total interview time of about 45 minutes. Overall it was a long interview process, but nothing too difficult.
