Andersen interview questions

A recruiter called me for a phone screening. There was nothing special, he just asked me about my experiences, interests, and salary expectations. He gave me the name of the hiring manager at the local office to which I applied and said she would contact me to schedule an in-person interview. But after that, I’ve heard nothing from them. I emailed the recruiter, but he ghosted me. The hiring process may be paused during busy times, but a short email letting me know their decision may not be a big deal. Anyway, I won't apply to this company again.

The interview process was extremely conversational in tone, mostly focusing on key behavioral that demonstrated relevant experience for both the field of interest as well as cultural fit within the firm itself.
