I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen
Interview
I got pretty far in the interview process, but they did ask dumb and impractical questions that were irrelvant to answer. I also had 2 interviews back to back and one was super nice and easy going, the other one was stern and asked very figuartive questions that have nothing to do with anything.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Andersen in Mar 2023
Interview
It was a mix of three things starting from introduction to question about understand of law and technical questions related to VAT. Mostly technical questions scenario based. No response was given post interview, even after follow up. At this point employers should be more mindful even though job seekers are searching for job but it doesn't mean they are doing nothing. So one should also give the feedback on matter what the result is.
