It was a group interview. Team dynamics is an important thing with casework interviews. You have to try and build a good report with the other candidates, as they will be your coworkers in the future. The interviewer came up with some typical situations that a case worker would have to deal with. Candidates took turns answering. Also asked about the difficulties that one might have of the job.
