it was an online interview that happened over google meet where you would have the interview that applied for the position as well. the process took a few hours. By the end of the day I already got my response from the recruiter

it was accessible, prior knowledge to the organisation was needed as it is expected. There were scenarios given and you had to show how you would handle them, as long as you knew abut Amnesty you would know how to answer
