I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2012
Interview
Good IInterview not bad, short and to the point, group orientation then 7 weeks training. Training was very detailed and helpful. The interview was fairly easy, not a lot of questions were asked, but I was educated about the job and what I was required to do.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Pago Pago, AS) in Jan 2015
Interview
No interview i just went in and signed up with the Red Cross and they had me come in the next day to start but it was up to you if you wanted to start right away. Very good work place for students and people who have time on their hands. Friendly workplace and positive experience
I applied in-person. I interviewed at American Red Cross (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2012
Interview
Informal interview with one person. I recommend taking your resume and be prepared to discuss your work strengths as well as the motivating reason(s) for you to volunteer with the Red Cross. The more job related details highlighting your experience that you provide will help determine the likelihood of you being selected as a Volunteer.
