I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2012
Interview
The first interview is a phone interview, you will then go to a location to determine if it is something you want to continue with. After making contact with the manager you will go in for a 3 panel interview and from there begin the paperwork for employment. If not, i have seen them walk people out. You will then have to go for a drug test and begin classes for 3-6 months for all the training.
