Interview
The interview was divided into 3 parts. First there was a phone interview that went over your resume and how it ties up to being an AmeriCorps at "x" Red Cross Chapter. Seconding interview you are invited to the office where you have 2-3 staff members ask you about Disaster Cycle Services, transferable skills you might have and why you want to be an Americorps Member. Third interview is way more relaxed where you meet the CEO and have a brief interview with him.

Submitted an application. Got a call 3 weeks later. Was offered an in-person interview. Felt very confident walking out and they seemed to love my qualifications. Didn't hear from them until a month later with a rejection. My follow-up emails were completely ignored. When I arrived, I found out they weren't even really interviewing for the position I applied to.
